This policy covers this website at pandalab.co.in: browsing it, holding an account on it, and buying from it. Each product carries its own separate privacy policy, linked from its product page.
What we collect
If you only browse, the hosting server records the usual access log: pages requested, time, browser and IP address.
If you create an account we hold your name, email address and a hashed password. If you buy something we hold the order, the amount, the payment reference returned by Razorpay, your purchase code and the domain you register a licence against.
We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Those are handled entirely by Razorpay.
What we use it for
To give you access to what you bought, to issue and verify licences, to answer your support tickets, and to meet tax and accounting obligations. Nothing else.
Licence verification data
Software you buy from us may contact this site to confirm its licence. Those requests record the licence key, the domain and the IP address of the request, plus the time. We use that only to enforce the licence and to help you when something stops working.
Who else sees it
Razorpay, to process payments. Our hosting provider, which necessarily processes server logs. Nobody else, except where the law obliges disclosure. We do not sell personal information.
Your rights
Write to support@pandalab.co.in to see, correct, export or delete what we hold. Note that we must keep invoice and payment records for the period tax law requires, even after an account is closed.
