What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of pandalab.co.in and your account on it. Each product you buy also has its own terms, which govern the software itself.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your login and for keeping your password confidential. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has access. Information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
Buying
Prices are shown before payment and are payable in full at checkout through Razorpay. A purchase is complete when payment is confirmed, at which point your licence and downloads appear in your account.
Downloads are permanent. Support is included for the period stated on the product and can be renewed afterwards.
Using the site
Do not scrape the site at volume, attempt to compromise it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it. Do not share account credentials or resell access to downloads.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available and to fix faults promptly, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, hosting incidents and events outside our control can interrupt access.
Disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties in relation to this website and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
