Agreement to these terms
These terms are a contract between you and PandaLab covering your use of Rankly. By installing, opening or using the platform, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Rankly.
Who may use it
You may use Rankly if you can form a binding contract under Indian law. If you are under 18, you may use it with the involvement of a parent, guardian or the institution that enrolled you, and that adult accepts these terms on your behalf.
What your licence covers
A purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and run one copy of Rankly on a single domain that you own or control. Installing on an additional domain requires an additional licence.
You receive the complete source code and you may modify it for your own use. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or republish Rankly or any derivative of it, whether modified or not, and you may not remove ownership notices from the code.
Downloads are permanent. Once purchased, you can download that product and its future releases from your account for as long as the account exists.
Support runs for 6 months from the purchase date and can be renewed. When support lapses your licence stays valid and your downloads keep working; only assistance and ticket replies stop.
Payment and refunds
Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or bank credentials.
Because a script is delivered as source code that cannot be returned once downloaded, purchases are non-refundable except where the product is materially not as described and cannot be made to work. Raise a support ticket first: most problems are configuration and are fixed quickly.
Licence keys and verification
Each purchase is activated against one domain and issues a licence key. The installed software may contact PandaLab periodically to confirm that the key and domain still match. That check transmits the licence key, the domain and the requesting IP address, and nothing else.
You may change your registered domain from your account. Sharing a licence key so that others can run the software, or attempting to defeat the verification check, ends the licence without refund.
Acceptable use
Using Rankly comes with a short list of obligations:
- Do not attempt to access accounts, records or areas of the system that are not yours.
- Do not interfere with the service, overload it, or probe it for vulnerabilities without permission.
- Do not upload anything unlawful, infringing or malicious.
- Do not use the product to break any law that applies to you.
Ownership
Rankly, its source code, design, name and branding belong to PandaLab. Buying a licence does not transfer ownership of any of it to you.
Availability and support
Rankly is provided as it is. Updates and fixes are released at our discretion, and a future version may add, change or remove a feature. Support is provided by email and ticket, by one developer, on a best-effort basis during the support period.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be error free or that it will meet your particular requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PandaLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, opportunity or data, arising from your use of Rankly.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Rankly at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached, where continued access would harm other users or the service, or where the law requires it. The sections on ownership, disclaimer and liability survive the end of this agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Uttar Pradesh, India. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the product changes; the current version always sits on this page. Continuing to use Rankly after a change means you accept the updated terms.
