Who this policy is from
Smart School ERP is built and operated by PandaLab, an independent software studio in India. This policy explains what Smart School ERP does with information, in plain language, and it applies to Smart School ERP only. Other products from this studio carry their own policies.
The short version
Smart School ERP collects the information it needs to do its job and nothing beyond that. We do not sell personal information, and we share it only with the service providers named below.
If anything here is unclear, write to support@pandalab.co.in and the developer will answer.
Cookies
Smart School ERP uses essential cookies to keep your session working and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. The platform cannot function without them. Any other cookies belong to the third-party services named below, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time.
Other services involved
None. Smart School ERP does not send your information to any third-party service. It contains no advertising network, no analytics library and no crash reporting service.
How long information is kept
Records are kept while the account or institution they belong to is active, and afterwards only for as long as tax, accounting and audit obligations require. Server logs are rotated out after a short period.
Children and students
Smart School ERP is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from a child under 13.
Your rights over your information
You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, correct it, provide a copy, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to support@pandalab.co.in. We aim to answer within thirty days at no charge.
Security
Traffic is served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored as salted hashes and never in a readable form. Database queries are parameterised, administrative actions are logged, and access to production systems is restricted to the developer.
No system is perfect. If you find a security problem in Smart School ERP, report it to support@pandalab.co.in and it will be treated as urgent.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date. Where a change materially affects how your information is handled, notice is given inside the product first.
